My Indiwheels, under the banner of My Indifuels Pvt. Ltd., is inviting expressions of interest from dealers and investors across India to become partners in the Mobile Diesel Bowser Dealership Program. This initiative supports India's mission for clean, efficient, and doorstep fuel delivery using government-approved diesel bowsers equipped with smart dispensers and safety mechanisms.We are launching a 2.4 KL Mobile Bowser Model which will be available under three distinct business models with varying levels of control, risk, and return to suit different investor capacities and objectives.

Model 1: Fully Managed Investment Model (Company-Operated Return Model)

• Dealer Role:
  Invest ₹15,00,000 one-time by transferring the amount to the company
  ·No operational responsibility

• Company Role:
  ·Procure chassis, install tank and fittings, obtain all permissions
  ·Operate and manage the bowser for minimum 3 year contract

• Returns to Dealer:
  ·Fixed Monthly Return: 3-4 % of invetment amount monthly
  ·At the end of 3-year contract, 100% of investment returned within 30 days if the dealerwants to terminate the contract mid of lockin period 10% amount of invesment will bededucted Per Annum .

Model 2: Semi-Owned Model (Chassis Owned byDealer)

• Dealer Role:
  ·Purchase the chassis on own (approx. ₹10.5 lakh)
  ·Pay ₹4.5 lakh to the company for:
  o Tank installation
  o Machine fitting
  o Fire, PESO, and Weights & Measures licensing
  ·Provide vehicle to My Indiwheels for contract period of 2–5 years
  

• Company Role:
  ·Complete technical setup and documentation
  ·Operate the vehicle under My Indiwheels branding and supervision
  

• Returns to Dealer:
  ·Fixed Monthly Return: ₹31,000/month or 2 to 2.5 Per litre of total supply of month

Model 3: Entrepreneurial Dealership ModelreneurialDealership Model (Fuel Margin-Based)

High Earning Potential with Flexibility in Operations

• Dealer Role:
  Purchase the chassis independently·
  Pay ₹4.5 lakh to the company for:
  -Tank, Dispenser & all Licenses
  ·Handle operations and sales under My Indiwheels brand
  

• Company Role:
  ·Install and certify tank + equipment
  ·Provide diesel supply from nearby depot at ₹6 less per litre than market price
  

• Dealer Earnings:
  ·Dealer sources diesel from company depot at discounted price
  ·Markets and sells to local clients (construction, logistics, generators, etc.)
  ·Profit per litre margin: ₹4–₹8 depending on sales strategy
